Book a Meeting

Using the excellent Webex Meeting Center we are able to share our desk top with you over the internet whilst talking you through the system on the phone. We are happy to give an unlimited number of Webex meetings to an unlimited number of key staff within your school. This enables all concerned parties to have their questions answered.

Never have time during the school day? No problem. We can arrange a time in the evening when you can take a tour of Pupil Tracking Plus from home.

 
How does a Webex meeting / web conference work?
  • We arrange a mutually convenient time when you have 30-60 minutes to spare
  • We send you an invite via email containing a meeting link
  • At the time of the meeting we phone you and ask you to click on the link in the email
  • A window opens on your PC enabling us to share our desk top with you and demonstrate Pupil Tracking Plus
 
What do I need to take part in a Webex meeting / web conference?
  • A computer connected to the internet (broadband required)
  • A telephone next to the computer (ideally with a speaker phone for meetings with more than 1 member of staff)
  • Access to your email account (helpful, but not necessary)
 
Will a Webex meeting / web conference work on our school network?
The technology we use is very non-invasive and does not require administrator status to run. It simply opens a browser window i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer and directs you to a web page. 99% of meetings flow without a hiccup. However, to ensure that a booked meeting will be hiccup free, we will contact the ICT technician at your school prior to the arranged meeting.
